Helping Feeding Britain to end hunger in the UK.

We worked with national charity Feeding Britain to develop a website and support their goal of tackling hunger in the UK.

Feeding Britain Case Study

Charity Box was approached by Feeding Britain, a charity that works across the UK to alleviate and ultimately eliminate hunger. The charity needed a new website to highlight how the organisation is influencing key policies around food and hunger, to promote their nationwide pilot programmes and to raise money through donations, peer fundraising and campaign appeals.

Project goals

  • Promote and report on policies put forward by Feeding Britain

  • Enable staff to create appeals for specific fundraising campaigns

The team at Charity Box set out to build a new-look, mobile-optimised website for Feeding Britain to help them achieve their goals. Website content was prioritised and structured to make it easy for visitors to get involved, and multiple visitor journey paths make it simple for new and existing supporters to engage.

The integrated payment system handles one-off and recurring donations, and supporters can easily claim Gift Aid along with their donation. Visitors also get access to reports, case studies and news through website, helping to keep stakeholders updated on the charity’s activities.
